Continuing to work through my 2/2 Twill gamp, watching how the patterns change and move. I worked through the straight draw (1-2-3-4), point twill (1-2-3-4-3-2-1-2-etc), broken (1-2-4-3) and Bird’s Eye (1-2-3-4-1-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-1-4-etc).

I’ve continued to explore with this gamp – working through extended, extended broken, Ms & Ws, 2/2 horizontal bell (Celtic), and more. Photos to come! Working on my 45″ Leclerc Jack has been interesting – my selvedges have been improving with the 4/8 cotton – working on slowing down and working more methodically. The interesting movement of the different treadling patterns on the different threadings has been fascinating.
