From Laura: What do you consider a ”full” supported spindle? Is there some negative effect if you load them really full?

From Simone: Does anyone know where you buy tool to measure or identify twist angle? I’ve seen in you tube videos a tool people use but I haven’t found where I’d buy it. Also, for twist angle is there a general optimum like 40-45 degree or is it different for different yarn weights, plies, etc.? It’s an area I haven’t really taken too much notice of but see people mentioning it and it talked about.
